The other day to get me started I went into the print room to start getting a collection of work that I can begin to develop. Keeping with the idea of natural skin I used banana and orange peel and ink to make some prints, what happened though was because the skin was fresh and not dried the juices and actual peel became incorproated into the print. What was left was squashed images of the fruit mixed with ink and close up the relief left beautiful detailed marks - which I think is something I can develop. Immediatly I want to blow up the photos I have taken to really look deep into the texture or maybe recreate them myself by layering up paint, scratching that away, and repeating and using collage etc.
